Your guests will be met upon arrival to show them around the property, answer any questions, and assist them in planning their vacation. We are only a phone call away should they need anything during their stay as well.

It is just as important to us to have your property in tip-top shape for guests, realtor tours or to just check in during extended vacancy. Property inspections ensure that your property is always showcased perfectly, by making sure all systems are functioning properly, and all the screws are tightened.
Organization & Clean-up

Rest assured that your guests will arrive to an organized and cleaned home, to ensure a relaxing vacation. Before guests arrive we walk the property to make sure everything is in their right homes, and housekeeping has left nothing on touched. After guests departure, we walk the home to and take note of anything that might need fixing or extra attention to. When needed, we can properly go through all items in the home that need replacing, catalog them and properly store for the owner to decide how they’d like to handle it.

Mike is an experienced carpenter that brings knowledge and the attention to detail that your guests will appreciate. No one wants to arrive on vacation to have the towel bar hanging off, water damage, or fixtures hanging off the walls. They want to arrive in their perfect paradise and Mike and Myra make sure that is exactly what happens. After and before property inspections Myra takes note of everything that might need the attention of Mikes carpentry eye, and schedules with Mike to make sure everything is back in to tip-top shape.
